Make Your Own Puppet!
FOR THE KIDS/ AUGUST 8TH, 2020
Welcome everyone! Today we are excited to share with you a very fun activity you can do at home. Puppets have long been a form of entertainment. Making your own puppet is half the fun, but what you can do with it after makes it so much more fun!
Until supplies run out we will have make your own puppet kits available for contactless pickup on the front porch of the visitor centre from 10-4 Wednesday-Sunday!
These kits are great as they have plastic needles that let you learn how to sew without the danger of pricking yourself!
If you aren’t able to pick up a kit, making a sock puppet is just as much fun! All you would need is an old sock and then either a marker or some buttons or other objects to glue on.
